4种饮用水中有机提取物的遗传毒性研究

Study on genetoxicity of organic extract in four kinds of drinking water

  • 摘要:
      目的   探讨不同水质饮用水对人群健康的影响。
      方法   采用单细胞凝胶电泳试验和微核实验检测自来水、纯净水、净化水以及凉开水中有机提取物的遗传毒性。
      结果   4种水的有机提取物对DNA的损伤程度为自来水 > 凉开水 > 净化水 > 纯净水; 致染色体损伤的程度为凉开水 > 自来水 > 净化水 > 纯净水。
      结论   从有机物污染角度看饮用纯净水较其它3种水更好, 但由于纯净水是一种低pH值、极低硬度、极低水平矿物元素的软水, 其对人体的综合健康效应有待于进一步研究。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To explore the effect of different kinds of drinking water on human health.
      Methods   To test the genetoxicity of the organic extract in tap water, pure water, defecated water and boiled water by single cell gel electrophoresis assay and micronucleus test.
      Results   The degree of the DNA damage of the organic extraction is as follows: tap water > defecated water > boiled water > pure water, and the degree of the chromosome aberrated is boiled water > tap water > defecated water > pure water.
      Conclusion   Pure water is better than other water from the point of organic pollutant, but the comprehensive effect of pure water on human health should be further studied.
