败酱草抗呼吸道合胞病毒作用体外实验研究

Anti-respiratory syncytial virus effect of herba patrinea in vitro

      目的   了解败酱草的抗呼吸道合胞病毒作用。
      方法   采用细胞培养技术, 以病毒唑为阳性对照观察败酱草抗呼吸道合胞病毒作用。
      结果   败酱草半数中毒浓度TC50为32mg/ml, 半数有效剂量EC50为0.54mg/ml, TI为59.26;败酱草对呼吸道合胞病毒的抑制作用存在明显的剂量-效应关系(P < 0.01)。并且, 在不同时间给药中, 在呼吸道合胞病毒感染HeLa细胞0, 2, 4h后给药, 败酱草均表现出明显的抑制活性(P < 0.01)。
      结论   败酱草在体外实验中对呼吸道合胞病毒有明显抑制作用。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To explore anti-respiratory syncytical virus effect of herba patrinea.
      Methods   The herba patinea was extracted with hot water, condensed and sterilized.The toxicology of the aqueous extract was tested by adding the diluted extract directly to HeL a cells and its effect on RSV was estimated by the CPEI assay.
      Results   The TC50 and EC50 of the herba patrinea were 32mg/ml and 0.54 mg/ml, respectively.The TI was 59.26.Moreover, herba patrinea gave a dose-dependent response in inhibiting RSV.In the assay testing the effect of herba patrinea on viral growth, herba patrinea showed active effect on RSV when it was added at 0, 2, 4 h after infection.
      Conclusion   Herba patrinea may be a novel anti-RSV drug and it was worthy of further studying.
