Determination of adduct actions of mixed pesticides on DNA by ultraviolet spectral method

  • 摘要:
      目的   研究混配农药的DNA加合作用。
      方法   采用紫外光谱移动法研究农药的DNA加合作用。
      结果   农药马拉硫磷、呋喃丹、氯氰菊酯及其两两混配农药均可引起小牛胸腺DNA紫外光谱的改变。
      结论   农药马拉硫磷、呋喃丹、氯氰菊酯及其两两混配农药进入机体后, 可能与DNA形成加合物, 如果在细胞复制前所形成的DNA加合物没有被修复或者被错误修复的话, 则有可能导致基因突变, 从而产生化学损伤。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To study the adduct actions of mixed pesticides on DNA.
      Methods   To study the adduct reactions of pestiside on DNA by ultraviolet spectral analysis.
      Results   The change of ultraviolet spectrum of DNA would be caused by single or mixed Malathion、Carbonfuran、Cypermethrin.
      Conclusion   Single or mixed Malathion、Carbonfuran and Cypermethrin may adduct with DNA after they enter body.If these DNA adducts are not repaired or misrepaired before cell duplication, the gene mutation and chemical damage would happen.
