氯化腐殖酸对V79细胞DNA损伤与修复效应的研究

Effects of Chlorinated Hum is Acids on DNA Damage and Repair in V79 Cells

  • 摘要: 以氯化的商品腐豉酸溶液为实验模型,用单细胞凝胶电泳技术检测了氯化腐豉酸引起的V79细胞DNA损伤与修复作用结果显示:氯化腐豉酸溶液在50μg/ml至800μg/ml范围内可引起V79细胞DNA损伤,平均尾长与氯化腐豉酸溶液的浓度存在着剂量反应关系;修复试验显示:孵育30分钟DNA己开始修复,2小时几乎完全修戛该研究说明:以氯化的商品腐豉酸溶液为实验模型,研究饮水氯化消毒副产物的DNA损伤与修复效应是简便易行的。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,chlorination of commercial humicial acids was used as an experin ental model The single cell gel elec trophoresis assay was used to detect DNA dan age and reprir educed by chlorinated hum icacids in V79 cells The results revealed that the chlorinatedhuln icacids could induce DNA danage of V79 cells and the breakage could be repaired within two hours inclubation The study suggested that the use of commercial humic acid as a model substrate w as apprepriate for exan fining the formation of mutagenic cheanicals during Water treatment.
