枸杞多糖纯品与粗品免疫活性的比较

  • 摘要: 构祀多糖粗品有明显的免疫促进作用己有报道本研究将纯品构祀多糖分为5个不同剂量的实验组,与构祀多糖粗品进行比轨结果表明,构祀多糖纯品低剂量显示出更明显的免疫增强效底特别是剂量,各项免疫指标与粗品有显著性差异(P<0.01)构祀多糖有其最适剂量,并非剂量越大效果越妖构祀多糖粗品与纯品的比较研究,为深层次开发利用构祀资源和其临床使用价值提供了实验依据。

     

    Abstract: Effect of pure Lyc;ixm balbarun poly saccharirles(LBP-X)inmunolog ical activity were compared w ith crude LBP. The pure LBP-X were divided into dlfferent doses lovers doses()of pure LBP-X had a highly signficance difference compard with crude LBP on inmune indice in m ice(P<0.01). Lyc;iun barbarum poly saecharirles have the best inmune effect when it was the best dose.
