BSO和NAC对镉急性毒性影响的实验研究

  • 摘要: 给仓鼠皮下注射不同剂量氯化锅后24小时,测定血清LDHGPT,尿LDH和蛋白质,肝脏和肾皮质锅和GSH含量结果发现高剂量染锅后血清LDH和GPT活性,肝肾锅含量和肾皮质GSH含量增高。表明急性染锅可引起仓鼠肝脏损害给仓鼠BSO或NAC预处理后再投与锅,发现BSO可增加锅的肝肾毒性,而NAC能拮抗锅的肝毒性,增加锅的肾毒比测其机理与BSO或NAC预处理后使机体细胞内GSH含量变有关。

     

    Abstract: Syrian ham stars w ere given subcutaneous injections of cadmium chloride in different dose and 24 hours later serum LDH and GPT urinary LDH activities and protein contents Cd and GSH concentrations in the liver and renal cortex were detenn inecl T he results show ed that serum LDH adn GPT activite Cd con centations in the liver and renal cortex and GSH onscentraion in the rena lcortex in the higher dose C-treated group w ere increased significantly It was indicated that acute Cd administratpn inducecl liver damage in haln sters Animals were also pretreated w ith BSO or NAC before Cd adn inistration It w as found that BSO enhancecl Cd-induced hepatic and renal toxicity andNAC offsetCd-induc;edhepatic toxicity enhanc;ed Cd一nduc;ed renal toxicity The mechanin m ay be BSOor NAC pretreatrnent causing the changes of intracellular GSH level.
