早产儿生存质量的追踪研究

A Longitudical Investigation of Pretenn Children's life Quality

  • 摘要: 追踪长沙市区48例4～8岁早产儿的生存质量。结果显示早产儿在学龄前期和学校早期的形态发育有赶上正常儿童的趋势；智力发育与一般儿童的IQ分布一致；社会能力正常；但行为问题比较突出，行为问题总检出率为27.08%.

     

    Abstract: This study was followed up to rovers tgate the life quality in 48 preterm children aged 4 to 8 years in Chant-Sha city.The results showed that their physical developmen ent had a tendency to keep pace with the nomal children of the same age at there pre-school age and their early school age.
