矿山废水污染对居民疾病死亡谱和肾功能的影响

Study of Mortality and Renal Function in the Area Polluted by Mining Waste Water

  • 摘要: 对黄铁矿废水污染区和对照区居民进行全死因和肾功能调查。结果表明,污染区居民总死亡率为0.814%,高于上游对照和该县对照;特别表现在0岁~和50岁~以上的人群中;在疾病别上,以肾脏病和脑血管疾病的差别最为明显。污染区1、2居民肾功能比对照组低,居民体内锅负荷比对照组高。调查显示黄铁矿废水污染己对居民健康造成损害。

     

    Abstract: The mnrtalitiee and renal function were investigated in the area polluted by pyrite ore wastewater. The results showed that the death rate in pollutedarea 0.814%,which was significantly higher than those in control groups(P<0.05)The agespectified mortalities of polluted group were higher than controls in 0~and 50~years old.These differences were only found the following diseases: renal diseases and cere brovascular diseases.NAG,RBP and(adiuln in urine of polluted group were higher than(ontrol group. Therefore it was ilustrated that the wastewater discharged from the pyrite mine exerfied adveree effent on inhahitante health. Some nnntrnl steps should be taken to protect the resoents health.
