15省市主要水产品中甲基汞污染情况调查及其制订卫生标准初探

Investigation on the Contamination of the Aquatie Products by Methyl Mercuric Compounds in Fifteen Provinces and Cities and Prelimi- nary Studyon the Sanitary Standard of These Compounds

  • 摘要: 甲基汞毒性很强,几乎完全可被人体吸收,并对神经细胞具有选择性的毒性,其排泄缓慢,在人体内的半减期约70天左右,生物体内的半减期可长达1000天。甲基汞在鱼体内具有很强的富集作用,人体甲基汞的摄入主要来源于水产品的污染。

     

    Abstract: The contents of methyl mercuric compounds is 1392 samples,of aquatic products from 15 provinces and cities were measured. The positity rate was 90.00/band the average contents was 0.0537 mg/kg. The range of methyl mercuric coateats in 1095 samples of fresh water fishes were 0-2.45mg/kg with an average of 0.056mg/kg, while those in 297 samples of sea fishes were 0-1.38mg/kg with as average of 0.0789 mg/kg.
