由胥伐成格隆沙门氏菌(S.SCHWA-RZENGRUND)引起的食物中毒报告

Report of AnOutbreak of Food Poisoning Caused by Salmonella sehwarzengrund

  • 摘要: 据徐承荫的统计,1958—1982年在我国发生的由沙门氏菌引起的156起食物中毒中,病原菌经血清学证实包括有27个血清型,其中最常见的是鼠伤寒沙门氏菌、猪霍乱沙门氏菌、病牛沙门氏菌。而由胥伐成格隆沙门氏菌引起的食物中毒尚未见报导。

     

    Abstract: An outbreak of food poisoning caused by contaminated cooked pork occurerd on Augusted 25 th,1984 in Ti-anjin.Baeteriological and serologieal examination of patients during(onvalescent period indicated that the out-break was caused by contamination of tie pork by Salmonella schwarzengrund which was found for the first time in China.
