伤寒和副伤寒沙门氏菌接合性R质粒的检测

Conjugated R Plasmid Determination in Salmonella typhi and S. paratyphi

摘要: 近年来，国内外关于伤寒沙门氏菌抗药性的报道越来越多。但关于从抗药性伤寒及副伤寒沙门氏菌检测R质粒，国内尚少报道。作者检测了各菌株对五种抗生素的抗药性并进行了接合性R质粒的检测，现将实验结果报告如下。

Abstract: The results of drug sensitivity test and R plasmid determination of 109 strains of Salmonella typhi and S.paratyphi are reported. Four strains (3.7%) were found to be chloramphenicol resistant, three of which carried Rplasmid. All these R-plasmid-carrying strains were double or triple drug resistant.
