我国若干地区110株蜡样芽胞杆菌食物中毒菌株生化、血清和噬菌体型别的分析

Biochemical， Serological and Phage Typing Analysis of 110 Strains of Bacillus Cereus Isolated from Cases of Food Poisoning in China

  • 摘要: 蜡样芽胞杆菌的生化、血清和噬菌体分型工作，不仅是本菌食物中毒流行病学调查的手段，而且也是本菌胃肠道外感染用于传染源追踪的有力工具。现就国内若干地区110株蜡样芽胞杆菌食物中毒菌株(以下简称蜡毒株)调查分析如下。

     

    Abstract: Biochemical,serological and phage typing were performed with 110 strains of Bacillus cereus isolated from cases of food poisoning is some places in China. The results showed that 23 biological types were identified in which type 1 was the predominant strain and all the 110 strains could be typed.Serologically 7 types were found and 103 out of 110 strains (93.6%) could he typed.
