436名献血员肝功能状态及乙肝病毒感染标志的血清流行病学调查

Seroepidemiological Survey of Liver Function Status and Markers of Hepatitis B Virus in 436 Blood Donors

摘要: 本研究用放免法和改良赖氏法，对哈尔滨市436名献血员进行乙肝病毒感染标志和肝功能状态的复检。结果HB_sAg阳性率为2.06%、抗-HB₃阳性率为37.16%、抗-HB_c阳性率为45.18%，HBV总感染率为55.96%，肝功能异常率为8.49%。并观察到献血员的年龄、献血年限和献血员的来源等与HBV感染间有一定关系。

Abstract: The markers of hepatitis B virus and liver function of 436 blood donors in Harbin City were reexamined by radio-immunoassay and modified Reitman method respectively,The results indicated that the positivity rates of HBsAg,anti-HBs,anti-HBc were 2.06%,37.16% and 45.18% respectively,The overall HBY infection rate was 55.96% and rate of abnormal liver function was 8.49%.Certain relationship could be found between the age of the donors years of their blood donation,source of donors end HBV infection.
