空气中苯并(a)芘快速微量分析方法的研究

Study on the Method of Rapid Micro-analysis of Benzopyrene in Air

  • 摘要: 以大流量采样器采集空气悬浮颗粒物样品。用乙醚提取,其后用乙醇一二氯甲烷展开剂重新展开浓集斑点,使BaP与其它多环芳烃类化合物分离,最后用荧光分光光度法或荧光扫描法测定BaP。本方法回收率是95.5%,测定值与索氏提取方法无显著性差异。

     

    Abstract: A simple method of micro-eaalpsis of benzo(a) pprene(Bap) in airborne Particulates was studied.Airborne particulates were collected on glass-flber filters in large-volume samples.
