饮用水中锰的快速常温测定高碘酸钾光度法实验条件的探讨

Rapid Determination of Manganese in Drinking Water at Room Temperature-Discussion of Experimental Conditions by Spectrophotometry using Potassium Periodate

  • 摘要: 本文报告以焦磷酸钠为络合剂,在常温下用高碘酸钾快速氧化Mn(Ⅱ)为Mn(Ⅶ),探讨了介质酸度和络合剂对显色速度影响的机理。本法摩尔吸光系数ε为2.10×103,建立的分析方法用于饮用水中锰的测定,结果满意。

     

    Abstract: Oxdizing Mn(Ⅱ) to Mn(Ⅶ) is reported using potassium pericdate in the presence of sodium pyrophosphate as complexing agent at room temperature rapidly in this paper. The mechanism of the influence of the medium acidity and complexing agent on the color rate is discussed. Analytical method established has been applied to determination of Mn in drinking waver with satisfactory results and the molar absorptivity 2100.
