Abstract:
Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBSAg) in 146 sera specimens were detected by dot inmmunoassay (DIA). The results showed that the positive rates by DIA and by RPHA were 34.9% and 30.8% respectively. There were no significant differences between the two (P>0.05), It is as simple and rapid as RPHA, but the volume of specimen needed by DIA was more little (5
μl). The positive results on the sheet could be preserved for a long period of time. The stability of the test is good, the test has been reproducted three times. Using as specimens, the results were no change, the titers of DIA were 4-10 times higher than that of RPHA.
