从外环境分离军团杆菌的研究

  • 摘要: 我们通过腹腔注射嗜肺军团杆菌(Lp)感染豚鼠证明,感染后第4~5天剖杀取脾和肺脏新鲜切面压印于BCYEα培养基是再分离Lp的最佳条件,又比较了离心和钾明矾絮凝两种集菌法对再分离Lp的影响,结果发现后者分离效果好。从而摸索出从外环境分离军团杆菌的合适程序:钾明矾絮凝—豚鼠—BCYEα培养基。为了验证此法的实际应用价值,我们从北京某两宾馆空调系统采集水样29份,分离出6株Lp,说明这一方法是可行的。

     

    Abstract: Animal infection by injecting intraperitoneally Legionella pneumophila (Lp) into guinea pigs demonstrated that the optimal time for rediscovery of LP was 4 to 5 days after infection and the spleen and lungs of infected animal were the best choice of organs for reisolation of Lp. We also found that concentrating water samples by aluminium potassium sulfate resulted more Legionella colonies than those by centrifugation. The proper procedure of isolating Legionella from environmental water was thus found out: aluminium potassium sulfate-guinea pig-BCYEα medium. In order to practise this procedure. 29 lots of water sample were collected from air-conditioning system at two hotels in Beijing and treated with above procedure, The success of isolating s strains of Lp showed the feasibility of this procedure.
