食品用橡胶制品中五种添加剂的定性测定

The Qualitative Analysis of Fiue Additives in Rubber Products fos Food

  • 摘要: 食品用橡胶制品是一种含有多种添加剂的高分子化合物。国家规定,食品用橡胶制品中的添加剂不得使用有毒的物质,如二硫化二苯并噻唑(DM)。本文采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对五种添加剂进行了定性分折。本实验通过紫外扫描,选择了几种物质的共同检测波长,为277nm;改变甲醇:水的比例及流速,来选择最佳流动相配比及流速;通过不同溶剂对添加剂物质溶解试验来选择样品的提取溶剂,将样品提取液挥干,经苯溶解后,进行HPLC分析,通过保留时间比较对添加剂进行定性鉴别,为食品用橡胶制品卫生鉴测提供了可靠的定性方法。

     

    Abstract: Rubbel protucts for food are high-moleculas compounds containing kinds of additives. Our Stale stipularer that the additives used in rubber producte for food must not contain any poisonous substances. such as dibenzothiazol elisulfide. This thesis gives a qualitative analysis of fiue additives by HPLC methos. By the scanning of ultsaviolet rey. we selecbed several sulstences which Lave the same wavelevgth of 277nm; by changing the proportion of methyl alcohol and wales and its cussent velocity. we chose the best proprtion and velocity; by the experiment of soluente, dissolution in additives, we extracted the solveats of the sample and wake them volatilige. After Bengene dissolued, we undertook the analysis of HPLC. The way of saving time to give the additives a qualitative distinguishment privides as a depenidable method for the hygienic monitoring of rubber products for food.
