改型载银树脂对水中微生物灭除效果的试验观察

Experimental Observation on Improved Silver Resin In Removing And Killing Microorganism In Water

  • 摘要: 经检测,改型载银树脂对250℃、pH6.5水中的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌分别作1.533、1.962、2.050秒钟,火除率均可达99.9%以上。火除率随pH值、作用时间增加而上升,随着水中微生物含量、有机物含量以及浊度的增高,火菌率将显著下降。

     

    Abstract: Silver resin is aontactype disinfectant formed by absorption of silver ions on strong acid cation-exhange resin Improved siliver resin is the siliver resin which added some reduring agent acxording to the principle of silver-mirror rearaction while it was producld.It is mainly used for disinfection of drinking water.Examination indicated that the improved silver resin could remove and kill more than 99.9% of Escherichiacoli, Staphylococxus aureus and Candida albicans in 25℃,pH6.5 water after contact for 1.353sec,1.962sec and 2.050sec respectively.Improved silver resin can efficiently remove and kill microorganisms in water. The disinfection effect on Escherichiacoli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida alhicans etc. by improved silver resin were different. The reason of the dlfference may be the different isoelectric points of the different microorganisms. Tests for influence factors indicated that the removing and killing rate of microorganisms in water by improved silver resin increased with increasing pH value or contact time, and decreased with increasing water turbillity and the count of microorganisms in water.
