铬中毒性肝肾损害的实验研究

An Experimental Study on the Toxic Liver and Renal Damage Induced by Chromium

  • 摘要: 给Wistar雄性大鼠腹腔注射重铬酸钾7.35mg/kg体重,每天1次,连续染毒7天,停止染毒后继续观察7天。结果显示:肾脏、肝脏先后出现明显的形态和功能异常,并随着染毒时间延长肾、肝病变程度及范围加重;肾损害主要为肾小管功能障碍,染毒后期累及到肾小球;肝损伤的特征为中央静脉区肝细胞的浊肿变性和点片状坏死,血清转氨酶显著升高;停止铬接触后肾功能恢复较慢且不完全,肝功能基本恢复正常。提示铬中毒动物肾脏损害程度较重,肝脏损害相对较轻及肝脏代偿修复能力较强。

     

    Abstract: Male wistar rate were injected intraperitoneally with potassium dichromate(7.35mg/kg body weight),one time a day for a week,and continue to be observed for seven days after stopping chromium treatment.The results showed that apparent changes of morphology and function on the kidney and liver exhibited in sucession.The intensity and range of the pathological changes increased with exposure time.The renal damage was chracterized by the renal tubular failure,the glomeruli were lnsulted in later exposure period.The feature of the hepatic injuries was cloudy swelling degeneration and spot necrosis of the liver cell around central vein areas,the activities of AST and ALT in serum were higher significantly than those in the control group.The renal functions were slowly and inocmpletely recovered,but the liver functions gradually restored to normal level in a week after creasing chromium injection.These datum suggested that the extent of renal injuries was more serious than that of the liver in Chromium exposure rat,and the selfrepairable ability of the liver was stronger than that of the kidney.
