贵阳地区不同污染环境中儿童唾液SIgA、溶菌酶含量的比较

Compared with Content of Lysozyme and SIgA in the Salive of the Children who Lived in Different Polluted Environment of Guiyang Area

  • 摘要: 为了解贵阳地区不同居住环境儿童的免疫功能状况,分别收集工业污染区92 例、商业交通污染区90 例、非污染区83 例儿童唾液,经平板打孔法、ELISA、单向琼脂扩散试验测定唾液溶菌酶及SIgA 含量。实验结果显示:工业污染区和商业交通污染区儿童唾液溶菌酶和SIgA 含量低于非污染区儿童,经统计学处理具有显著性差异( P< 0-05),证明环境污染可造成儿童免疫能力降低。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize immune state of the children who lived in different polluted env ironment of Guiyang area. 265 samples of the children. salive were collected; 92 of those liv ed in enviroment of industr ial pollution: 90 of those lived in the centre of Guiyang city; 83 of those lived in the countryside of the city. Content of lysozyme and SIgA in every sample were determined by slab pinhole ELISA and simple agar diffusion. The results showed that content of lysozyme and SIgA in the salive of the children who lived in environment of industrial pollution and centre of the city was lower obviously than that of children who lived the countryside of the city by stat istics ways. It proved that immune level of children were reduced obviously by different pollution.
