Electrophysiological Investigation of Peripheralnerve Function in Workers with Low- Level exposure to Carbon Disulphide

  • 摘要: 为了解CS2 对工人周围神经系统的影响,对114 名二硫化碳作业工人进行神经电生理检查。结果发现,二硫化碳接触工人的神经电生理改变符合起于远端的逆反性死亡的大轴索退行性病变特点同时伴有轻度脱髓鞘改变,左右侧神经病变不平行,并表现出二硫化碳暴露对周围神经损伤的剂量—反应关系; F 波最短潜伏期也可作为一项补充指标。

     

    Abstract: A study on the effect of low - level carbon disulphide on the peripheral nerve function of ex posed workers. The electro physiological abnormalities of these w orkers were in accordance with characteristic alteration of primary axonal nerv edamage, which was atype of "dyng back" polyneuropathy, at the same time with some damage on myelin sheath. At the other hand. the damage of nerve caused by carbon disulfide is not palallel in the two sides.The dose- response relationship betw een the exposure to carbon disulfide and the damage of peripheral nerve was demonstrated.The minimum latency of Fwave is a benifical parameter.
