Abstract: A gas chromatographic method is presented for the measurement of fenvalerate in rat plasma.Cyhalothrin was used as internal standard benzene was used for extraction, and the extract was determined with electron capture detector.The method is simple and rapid.The recovery is 99 %, the coefficient of variation is 10.3%,and the detection limit is 0.039mg/ L.
