军团菌与儿童常见疾病关系的研究

Significance of Legionella on Common Di sease in Children

  • 摘要: 用ELISA法对一年间住院患儿及健康体检儿童进行9种15型军团菌IgM抗体检测.结果显示:住院病儿军团菌IgM抗体阳性率13.17%,95%CI为9.73%~16.61%,呼吸系统疾病患儿阳性率为11.68%,上感、肺炎及支气管炎组分别为40.00%、9.40%及2.50%;非呼吸系统疾病阳性率14.39%,肾脏疾病与血液病、神经系统疾病及先心病组分别为33.33%、24.32%及10.34%;发热待诊组阳性率21.05%;其它先天性疾病及外科疾病组患儿未检出军团菌IgM抗体.住院病儿以嗜肺军团菌、米克戴德军团菌及博杰曼军团菌感染多见.肺炎组与先心病组从嗜肺军团菌感染为多,其它病种则以非嗜肺军团菌感染多见,尤以米克戴德军团菌为众.

     

    Abstract: During a year the authors collected 372 hospitalized and 86 healthy children and detected them for antibodies to Legionella with sonicated and EDTA antigens of 9 species(15 serogroups).The positive rate was 13.17%(49/372)in hospitalized children and 2.33%(2/86) in healthy children.95%CI was 9.73~16.61% and 0~5.52%, respectively.The significante variation was found in two kinds of people.372 patients were divided into 9 different diseases groups.The positive rate 40% in upper respiratory infection group was hightest.Nest was 33.33% in kidney or blood diseases group, 24.33% in neural system diseases group, 21.05% in unidentified fever group, 10.34% in congenital heart diseases group, 9.40% in pneumonia and 2.50% in bronchitis, respectively.The patients with Legionella inf ection were not found in other congenital diseases and surgical diseases group.The difference in the positive rates was significant in several groups.Hospitalized children infected most commonly by Legionella pneumophila(Lp), Tatlockia micdadei(Lm)and Fluoribacter bozemanae(Lb).The infeced patients in pneumonia group and congenital heart diseases mainly caused by Lp and Lm, however, in other groups Lm is commom to most diseases in children and different species or serogroups of Legionella may be of different pathogenic significance.
