高效液相色谱-光度法测定食品中的碘

Determination of Iodine In Food by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Spectrophotometry

  • 摘要: 建立了测定碘的高效液相色谱-光度法, 结果为:Shim-pack DIOL-150 柱, 甲醇-0.01mol/L 磷酸(10:90)作流动相, 流速为1.2ml/min, 检测波长为224nm.线性范围为0.010~1.0mg/L, 检出限为1μg/L.用于奶粉和食盐测定时, 相对标准偏差为2.9%~8.7%, 加标回收率为93%~103%.

     

    Abstract: A method for determination of iodine by high performanceliquid chromatography-spect rophotometry has been established.The chromatography conditions were:column, Shim-pack DIOL-15;mobile phase, methanol-0.01mol/ L H3PO4(10∶90);flow rate,1.2ml/min;detection wavelength, 224nm.The linear rangewas from 0.010mg/ L to 1.0mg/ L with a correlation coefficiency of 0.9993.The detection limit of iodine was 1μg/ L.The method has been applied to the analysis of milk powder and table salt.The RSD was in the range from 2.9%~ 8.7% and the recovery was from 93%~ 103%.
