非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病危险因素的病例-对照研究

摘要: 在保定市3所医院选择104例Ⅱ型糖尿病人及同期条件相似的其他疾病患者进行1:1配对并观察了25组危险因素暴露情况,经条件Logistic回归分析,有16个因素糖尿病组高于对照组,提示为危险因素;1个因素低于对照组,表明为保护因素。多因素Logistic回归模型拟合结果,动物性脂肪摄入过多(OR=24.0)、家族史(OR=22.7)等6个因素为Ⅱ型糖尿病的危险因素。Abstract: 25 group risk factors of diabetes were observed in 104 pairs of case non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM)and normal by 1:1 matching case-control sample in Baoding.22 factors were entered conditional logistic regression and 17 factors were found significance between NIDDM and normal controls(P<0.01).The results of mulitiple factor's logistic model fitted showed that fat over taking(OR=24.0),family history(OR=22.7)and other 4 factors were significance relative with NIDDM.
