不同膳食构成对大鼠肥胖基因表达的影响

The Effect of Dietary Pattern on the Expression of Obese Gene the Rats

  • 摘要: 不同膳食构成及不同能量摄入水平对大鼠肥胖基因(ob基因)表达、体内胰岛素、生长激素分泌影响的研究结果发现:在能量摄入水平相同情况下,不同膳食构成包括高蛋白、高脂肪、高碳水化合物对ob基表达、胰岛素和生长激素分泌没有明显的影响;而能量摄入水平对上述3个指标均有明显的影响,即在能量摄入水平增高的情况下,ob基因表达水平增高,胰岛素分泌增加,生长激素分泌减少。提示,ob基因表达、胰岛素和生长激素的分泌三者之间存在着相互作用机制并受共同代谢信号调节。

     

    Abstract: The effect of dietary pattern on theexpression of obese gene,the secretion of insulin and growth hormone,was studied in the rats,when the level of energy consumed was the same,the different dietary pattern including high protein,high fat and high carbohydrate diets did not show the influence on the expression of obese gene,the secretion of insulin and growth hormon;however,when the level of energy consumed was higher,the level of obmRNA in the adiposity and the level of insulin in the serum were increased,but the level of growth hormone in the serum was decreased.The results Suggest that there maybe exist a mutual action mechanism among the expression of obese gene,the secretion of insulin and growth hormone,and they be modified by the same metabolic signal.
