Abstract: A multivariate analysis of 551 lung cancer inpatients of prognostic fackors has been conducked by Cox proportional hazard model. Thess prognostic fackors of main types of lung amcer have been analyzed in detail such as sduarnous and adenocarcinoma and small cell carcinoma, in order to provide the rules of treatment for different types of lung cancer.The survival funvtions, which were used the predickion for different types of lung cancer, have been built according to thier respective regession coefficient of Cox model and the estimation of n year survival rate of a patient in defined condition at different stages of survival can be predicted from the survival funvtions.The data is scientic evidences to choose the methods of treatment for dinic doctors and to know the prognostic information of lung canczr for patients and their relation.This study is aims at the evaluation of prognostic fackors in different types of Loung cancer and the effect of prognostic factors in differents types of lung canczr on survial times.Furtherrmore, we shall increase the survival rate of lung cancer.
