Sequence Analysis of 5′terminal Region of HGV Isolated f rom Diff erent Populations in Various Areas of China

  • 摘要: 采用套式逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-nPCR)法,用HGV5′端引物对我国不同地区和不同人群中共21株HGV进行扩增并测序?结果显示除SC以外,不同地区和不同人群中(非甲-戊型肝炎病人?健康献血员和HBsAg健康携带者)5′非编码区的序列同源性均超过94%,高度保守;与美国报道的HGV的基因序列比较表明:5′非编码区可分为两部分,靠近5′端为高度保守区,靠近核心区的50bp则高度变异?

     

    Abstract: HGV RN A in the sera obtained from different populations in various areas of China was detected by RT-nPCR using primers from 5′terminal region of HGV. The results showed that the neucleic acid identity in this region is 83. 6~ 89. 8% between Chinese isolates is mo re than 94% ex cepts SC obtained from SC. The data indicate that sequences of 5′ terminal region of HGV isolated from China are very concerved anddifferent from HGV reported in the United States. The 5′nonvoding region of HGV can be divided into two parts: the 5′terminal region of 250bp is conserved and the part near the core region is highly variable.
