高温作业工人维生素B1、B2、C及无机盐营养状况的研究

  • 摘要: 对高温作业工人体内水溶性维生素B1,B2,C及无机盐K?Na?Ca?Mg?Fe?Zn?Cu的营养状况进行了研究?结果表明,B2?Ca的摄入量明显不足,仅占供给量的54.9%和57.4%?汗?尿中水溶性维生素B1,B2,C的丢失量分别占供给量的22.11%?26.77%和6.21%,由汗丢失的K量约为尿丢失量的9.3倍,Na为20.5倍,Fe为30倍,Zn为4.6倍,Cu为2.4倍?血清K?Cu的均值处于正常值的下限,有相当数量人的血清Na?Mg?Zn含量偏低,可能是因大量排汗的结果?

     

    Abstract: Study of the vietamin B1、B2 C and minerals K、Na、Ca、 Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu was mad.the results showed that the intake of VB1、Ca was insufficient and took of 54. 9%, 57. 4%RDA.the loss of vitamin B1、B2、C in sweat and urine were 22. 11% 、 26. 77%、6. 21%of intake respecively. T he loss of mineral Kin sweat was 9. 3 as much as that in urine, T he loss of mineral Na、Fe、Zn、Cu in sweat was 20. 5, 30, 4. 6, 2. 4 as that in urine respectively. The average amount of serum K, Cu was in the lower of normal. many workers serum Na, Mg, Zn wer e lower, Mabey it was due to the loss of much sweat. This study supply the theory for requirement of mineral and vitamin.
