沥青工血清癌蛋白水平的分子流行病学研究

Molecular Epidemiological Study on the Serum Oncoprotein in Workers Exposed to Cml Tar Pitch(CTP)

  • 摘要: 为了解沥青工血清rasP21癌蛋白水平,从分子水平阐明毒作用,用westerbloting法对24名沥青工和12正常对照组血清P21进行分子流行病学调查研究?结果:沥青工P21均值(3558.7)明显高于对照(1270.7),差异有显著性;接触组沥青工中按工龄分组和按是否吸烟分组进行比较,均未发现组间P21的显著性差异?此结果提示,煤焦沥青可能使机体癌蛋白P21水平提高?

     

    Abstract: In order to know the serum P21 oncoprotein levels in workers exposed to CTP who were recognized as the occupational pulmonary carcinoma risk population, the serum P21 levels in 24 workers exposed to CTP and in 12 normal cases were detected with the molecular analysis method of Western Blotting. The results showed that the mean P21 level (3558.7)of workers exposed to CTP was significantly higher than that of the normal controls (1270.70)(P<0.01). There were no P21 differences among different work-ages and between the workers with or wihtout smoking history.It indicated that CTP can cause the increase of P21 oncoprotein level.
