Abstract: In order to evaluate the safety,immunity and protection effect of Type II vaccine,we observed the inoculation group(7499 individuals) and the control group(7261 individuals).No severe innormal reaction was found in the recipients.The reaction rate was 1.12%~8.92%.The seroconversion rate of immunofluo-rescent antibody was 38.58% and the seroconversion rate of neutralizing was 63.33% on 42th day after primary inoculation.The vaccine-induced immunofluorescent antibody wasn’t tested after one year.The seroconversion rate of immunofluorescent antibody was 67.87% (two weeks after reinforced immunization).The seroconversion rate of the inoculated population after the epidemic peak was higher than before the epidemic peak.The result showed that there was specific reminiscence reaction of the recipients.In 4 years after inoculation,there were 3 cases in control group and no patient in inoculated group.The protection rate of Type I Vaccine against HFRS was 100%.
