辽宁省肾综合征出血热沙鼠苗和地鼠苗的人群抗体观察

  • 摘要: 对肾综合征出血热(HFRS)沙鼠苗和地鼠苗进行免疫学效果观察。采用IFAT和MCPENT法检测荧光抗体和中和抗体。通过6次采血(即免前?基免后两周,加强免疫前,加强免疫后两周,基免后第三年,基免后第四年)检测抗体,大洼地区沙鼠苗IFA抗体阳转率分别为6.2%(隐性感染)?100%?54.9%?100%?77.4%?72.0%;中和抗体阳转率分别为0?70.4%?0?73.0%?32.3%?32.0%。葫芦岛地区地鼠苗IFA抗体阳性率分别为9.9%(隐性感染)?100%?36.4%?100%?77.1%?80.0%;中和抗体阳转率分别为0?50%?18%?100%?51.4%?44%。结果表明,两型疫苗具有良好的保护性和抗体的持续性。

     

    Abstract: The purose of this report was to observe and analyse Immunological effects of the two types of inactivated vaccines against HFRS.The mongolian gerbils kidney vaccine (Type I) was used in Dawa County the hamsper kidney vaccine (Type II) was used in Huludao City.We collected blood samples before and after basic immunization before and after reimmunization,on the third and fouthyear after the reimmunization,using IFAT and MCPENT techniques to detect fluorecent and neutralizing antibodies.The result indicates that for Type I vaccine the positive rate of IFA antibody is 6.2% (subclinical infection) 100%.54.9%.100%,77.4%,72.0% respectively;the positive rate of neutralizing antibody is 0,70.4%,0,73.0%,32.3%,32.0% repectively.For Type II vaccine the positive rate of IFA antibody is 9.9%(sub-clinical infection) 100%,36.4%,100%,77.1%,80 0% respectively;the positive rate of neutralizing antibody is 0,50%,18%,100%,51.4%,44%,respectively.Conclusion The two types of vaccines all have good protective action and persistence of antibodies.
