中职生攻击性行为与人格及班级环境关系

Association of aggressive behaviors with personality and class environment among vocational studnets

  • 摘要: 目的研究中等职业学校学生攻击性行为特点,探讨其与人格、班级环境的关系。方法采用攻击行为问卷、人格五因素问卷、班级环境问卷对陕西省宝鸡市3所中等职业学校的414名中职生进行调查。结果 (1)中职生攻击性行为的生理攻击维度存在性别差异(t=6.09,P<0.001),语言攻击、愤怒维度及攻击总均分存在年级差异(t=-2.81,P<0.01;t=-2.42,P<0.05;t=-2.27,P<0.05),生理攻击维度和攻击总均分存在家庭经济条件差异(F=7.01,P<0.01;F=3.12,P<0.05);(2)中职生的班级环境可划分为团结向上型、一般型和问题型3种类型,不同班级环境类型的个体在攻击性行为上差异明显(P<0.01);(3)中职生攻击性行为与人格、班级环境有关;(4)人格五因素的情绪性、谨慎性、开放性、宜人性及班级环境中的同学关系可显著预测中职生攻击性行为。结论人格、班级环境均能对中职生攻击性行为产生影响,尤其是人格的作用更为明显,班级环境起调节作用。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the characters of aggressive behavior and its association with personality and class environment among vocational students.MethodsTotally 414 students from 3 vocational schools in Baoji city completed the aggression questionnaire,the five-factor personality inventory,and class environment inventory.ResultsPhysical attack in the students showed significant gender difference(t=6.09,P<0.001)and verbal attack,anger,and the average score of aggressive behaviors also showed significant grade differences(t=-2.81,P<0.01;t=-2.42,P<0.05;t=-2.27, P<0.05).Physical attack and the average score of aggressive behaviors showed significant differences in family economic conditions(F=7.01,P<0.01;F=3.12,P<0.05).Three distinctive types of class environment were identified(cohesive, average,conflict)and there were significant differences in aggressive behaviors among the three types of class environment (P<0.01).Aggressive behaviors of the students had significant relation to personality and class environment.The neuroticism,consciousness,openness,and agreeableness in personality and classmate relationship in class environment could significantly predicate aggressive behaviors.ConclusionPersonality and class environment could predicate aggressive behaviors and the personality has more important effect than class environment—a regulatory factor for aggressive behaviors among vocational students.
