广东地区不同季节供精者精液参数变化分析

Seasonal variation in parameters of semen from donors in Guangdong province

      目的  通过了解广东地区不同季节供精志愿者精液参数的变化,为捐精志愿者最佳捐精时间提供证据。
      方法  对广东省人类精子库供精志愿者在2016年采集的精液分析结果进行回顾性分析。
      结果  2016年共分析15 341份精液样本,3 582名供精志愿者,年龄22~45岁。精液量平均为3.70 mL,春、夏、秋、冬季分别为3.79、3.65、3.67 和3.73 mL,春季略高于其他3季;精子浓度平均91.5 × 106/mL,春、夏、秋、冬季分别为93.3 × 106/mL、91.5 × 106/mL、89.7 × 106/mL和92.7 × 106/mL,仅春季明显高于秋季(P < 0.05);前向运动精子百分率平均为56.7 %,春、夏、秋、冬季分别为58.5 %、55.1 %、57.1%、57.0 %,春季明显高于夏、秋、冬3个季节(P < 0.05)。
      结论  季节因素对供精志愿者精液参数有影响,春季精液量多、精子浓度高、前向运动精子百分率高,是捐精的最佳季节。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To examine parameter changes in semen from donors in different seasons in Guangdong province and to provide evidences for determining the best time for sperm donation.
      Methods  We analyzed 15 341 semen specimens donated by 3 582 volunteers aged 22 – 45 years to Guangdong provincial human sperm bank in 2016.
      Results  The average semen volume was 3.70 ml for all the sperm donations and the average volume were 3.79 ml, 3.65 ml, 3.67 ml, and 3.73ml for the sperm donations collected in spring, summer, autumn, and winter season, respectively, with a slightly higher volume for the semen collected in spring season. The average sperm concentration was 91.5 × 106/ml for all the semen donations and the average concentration were 93.3 × 106/ml, 91.5 × 106/ml, 89.7 × 106/ml, and 92.7 × 106/ml for the semen donations collected in spring, summer, autumn, and winter season; the average sperm concentration was significantly higher for the semen donations collected in spring season compared to that in autumn season (P < 0.05). The average sperm motility was 56.7% for all the semen donations and the average motility were 58.5%, 55.1%, 57.1%, and 57.0% for the semen donations collected in spring, summer, autumn, and winter season; the sperm motility was significantly higher for the semen donations collected in spring season compared to that of those collected in other seasons (P < 0.05).
      Conclusion  Seasonal factors have influence on parameters of semen donations from volunteers. The volume, sperm concentration and motility are higher for semen donations collected in spring season and spring is the best season for collecting semen donations.
