云南省医生控烟知识知晓情况调查

Awareness about tobacco control-related knowledge among physicians in Yunnan province: a cross-sectional survey

    目的 了解云南省医生对控烟知识的知晓情况,为今后开展医生控烟干预提供参考依据。
    方法 于2012年10月 — 2013年1月采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法在云南省10个州(市)13个监测点84家医院抽取1 103名医生进行控烟知识知晓情况的问卷调查。
    结果 云南省医生对8个烟草危害知识的全知晓率为1.09 %,其中知晓率最高的为被动吸烟对健康危害很大(92.38 %),知晓率最低的为烟中尼古丁不是引起大多数癌症的化学物质(8.61 %);云南省医生对吸烟导致中风、骨质疏松、肺癌、心脏病发作、男性性功能障碍、肺结核、急性牙龈坏死或溃烂和肺气肿的知晓率分别为90.66 %、78.42 %、99.91 %、97.55 %、90.21 %、87.22 %、87.76 %和98.64 %,对导致8种疾病的全知晓率为63.10 %;云南省医生对二手烟导致婴儿猝死、成人肺癌、成人心脏病、支气管炎、儿童肺病和哮喘的知晓率分别为84.22 %、99.55 %、95.83 %、99.55 %、95.29 %和98.10 %,对导致6种疾病的全知晓率为79.96 %。
    结论 云南省医生对烟草知识知晓情况较差,应加强该地区医生的控烟能力建设。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective To examine the awareness of tobacco control-related knowledge among physicians in Yunnan province and to provide references for developing tobacco control interventions in the occupational population.
    Methods We carried out a questionnaire survey among 1 103 physicians recruited with stratified multistage random sampling in 84 hospitals in 10 prefectures or municipalities of Yunnan province from October 2012 to January 2013.
    Results Of the participants, only 1.09% reported the awareness of all 8 domains of tobacco control-related knowledge; the rate of awareness for harmful effect of passive smoking on health was the highest (92.38%) and that for nicotine being not the chemical substance related to the most of cancers was the lowest (8.61%). Among the participants, the overall awareness rate for 8 tobacco smoking-related diseases was 63.10% and the awareness rate for each of the 8 diseases were 90.66% for stroke, 78.42% for osteoporosis, 99.91% for lung cancer, 97.55% for heart attack, 90.21% for male sexual dysfunction, 87.22% for tuberculosis, 87.76% for acute necrotic gums or canker, and 98.64% for emphysema; while, the overall awareness rate for 6 second-hand smoke-related diseases was 79.96% and the awareness rate for each of the 6 diseases were 84.22% for sudden infant death, 99.55% for adult lung cancer, 95.83% for adult heart disease, 99.55% for bronchitis, 95.29% for childhood lung disease, and 98.10% for asthma, respectively.
    Conclusion The awareness of tobacco control-related knowledge is at a relatively low level among physicians in Yunnan province and education on tobacco control should be promoted in the population.
