华南部分地区家猪流行性乙型脑炎病毒感染流行病学调查

Japanese encephalitis virus infection in domestic swine in some areas of Southern China: a serological survey

      目的  了解华南部分地区家猪流行性乙型脑炎(简称乙脑)的感染现状,为乙脑的防制提供科学信息。
      方法  2013年1 — 8月,从华南部分地区的广东、海南和江西部分地区共采集到465份当地6~8月龄、表观健康、未行乙脑疫苗免疫的家猪血清样本。进行家猪乙脑病毒(JEV)感染的流行病学调查,分别采用实时荧光定量PCR(TaqMan real-time RT-PCR)、酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)抗原和抗体检测方法,检测猪血清JEV核酸、抗原和抗体携带情况。
      结果  合计共检测437份猪血清样本JEV携带情况,未发现JEV-RNA阳性样本。ELISA检测所有465份样本,43份JEV 抗原(Ag)阳性,抗原阳性率为9.2%(43/465),445份JEV IgG 抗体阳性,抗体阳性率为95.7%(445/465)。
      结论  广东、海南和江西成年家猪存在一定程度的JEV感染情况,应引起重视,做好乙脑防控工作。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To examine the situation of Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) infection in domestic swine in some areas of Southern China for the prevention and control of JE.
      Methods  A total of 465 blood samples were sterilely collected from apparently healthy swines without JE vaccine inoculation at slaughter houses in Southern China (Guangdong, Hainan and Jiangxi provinces) during January to August 2013 and detected for nucleic acid, antigen (Ag) and immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibody of JEV using TaqMan real-time reverse transcription (RT)-PCR test and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits.
      Results  No JEV-RNA positive samples was observed for the 437 samples detected with TaqMan real-time RT-PCR. But for 465 samples detected using ELISA, 43 and 445 were JEV Ag and IgG antibody positive, with the positive rates of 9.2 % and 95.7 %, respectively.
      Conclusion  The results indicated that JEV infection is prevalent in swines in Guangdong, Hainan and Jiangxi province and attention should be paid to the situation for the prevention and control JEV infection.
