全基因组完成图测序在细菌修复环境铬污染中应用

Application of whole genome sequencing of bacteria in microorganic remediation of chromium contaminated environment: a review

  • 摘要: 铬在工业活动中的广泛应用导致环境中严重的六价铬污染。微生物修复技术较传统的理化方法在环境铬污染修复领域中展现出良好的应用前景,因而备受关注。本文整理了部分具备六价铬耐受特性的细菌信息,总结分析了目前国内外利用全基因完成图测序技术探究细菌耐受六价铬并对其进行修复的相关分子机制的研究结果,并从抗性机制与还原机制的视角分别加以陈述;整理概括了部分关于全基因完成图测序技术的延伸应用;最后提出了全基因完成图测序技术在具体研究应用方面的一些思考。

     

    Abstract: Chromium (Cr) is widely used in industries, which leads to serious Cr (Ⅵ) pollution in environment. Microbial remediation technology has been paid more attentions due to its application prospect compared with traditional methods in the field of remediation of environmental Cr (Ⅵ) pollution. In the article, we summarized the information on bacterial strains with Cr (Ⅵ)-resistance and the researches on relevant molecular mechanisms of bacteria resistant to Cr (Ⅵ) using the whole genome sequencing technology in the perspectives of resistance and reduction; we also summarized extended applications of whole genome sequencing technology and discussed specific application of the technology.
