Progress in researches on correlation between chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and air pollution

  • 摘要: 空气颗粒污染物(PM10、PM2.5)的短期暴露与慢性阻塞性肺部疾病(COPD)发病、加重或死亡的风险相关,但空气气态污染物(CO、NO2、SO2、O3)与COPD相关性的研究尚未得出一致结论。关于空气颗粒污染物长期暴露与COPD相关性的研究仍很匮乏。本文针对空气污染物与COPD相关性的研究进展进行综述,分析气候、人群特征、人文地理因素对空气污染致COPD效应的影响,评估不同污染物与COPD发病、急性加重、死亡的相关程度,旨在为未来的COPD研究方向和防控策略提供依据。
