富含嘌呤食物与高尿酸血症关系研究进展

Association of purin-rich food with hyperuricemia: research progress

  • 摘要: 我国约有1.9亿高尿酸血症患者,高尿酸血症与饮食息息相关,肉、鱼、海产品等食物中的嘌呤在体内代谢、转化为尿酸,最后经由肾脏和肠道排出。但是由于食物中嘌呤的类型和数量存在差异,所以这些食物对尿酸的影响也是不同的。因此,探讨富含嘌呤的食物与血尿酸之间的关系,并在此基础上提出合理的膳食指导对于控制高尿酸血症及预防高尿酸血症向其他慢性疾病的转换至关重要。本文针对富含嘌呤的食物摄入与高尿酸血症之间关系的研究进展进行综述,旨在为高尿酸血症的防治提供依据。

     

    Abstract: There are about 190 million patients with hyperuricemia in China. Hyperuricemia is also a risk factor for many diseases. Hyperuricemia is closely related to diet. The purine-rich foods such as meat, fish and seafood are metabolized in the body and converted into uric acid, which is excreted through kidneys and intestine. However, due to differences in the types and amounts of purine in food, the effects of these foods on serium uric acid are also different. Therefore, to explore the relationship between purine-rich food and serium uric acid and propose a reasonable dietary guidance are essential for controlling hyperuricemia and preventing the conversion of hyperuricemia to other chronic diseases. The study reviews the relationship between purine-rich food intake and hyperuricemia, and provides a reference for the prevention and treatment of revelance diseases.
