计算毒理学和量子毒理学在我国毒理学研究中应用及前景

Role and application prospect of computational toxicology and quantum toxicology in toxicology research in China

  • 摘要: 近年来,计算毒理学和量子毒理学越来越引起人们的关注,欧美发达国家对计算毒理学均有研究计划,并拨专款研究。美国十分重视该项研究,2003年就实施计算毒理学计划,2005年成立国家计算毒理学中心,2007年提出战略性文件“21世纪毒性测试远景和策略”,倡导改变以活体动物实验为主的传统毒性测试体系向高通量体外测试及计算毒理学等毒性测试体系转型。我国量子科学研究在理论和应用方面均得到迅速发展,新仪器和新设备不断涌现,如量子计算机、量子点化学物、量子照相机和量子点光谱仪等问世。另外,量子化学、量子生物学、量子生物化学、量子药理学及量子毒理学等学科亦相继建立。本文针对计算毒理学和量子毒理学的慨念、研究方法以及在我国毒理学研究中的应用和发展前景进行综述,旨在为毒理学研究的深入提供依据。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, computational toxicology and quantum toxicology have attracted more and more attention in foreign countries. Developed countries had research plans for computational toxicology and allocated special funds for research. The United States attaches great importance to this research, with a toxicology plan implemented in 2003 and a national computational toxicology center established in 2007. The established center advocated to change the traditional toxicity testing system, which is mainly based on in vivo animal testing, into high-throughput toxicity testing system in vitro and computational toxicology toxicity testing system. Quantum science has attracted more and more attention abroad. Quantum science is also developing rapidly in China both in theory and in application. New devices and new instruments are emerging, such as quantum computer, quantum communication quantum camera, quantum radar, and quantum dot spectrometer. Quantum chemistry, biology, biochemistry, medicine, pharmacology, and toxicology and other disciplines emerged. The study introduces the concept of quantum toxicology, research methods, their applications and future developments in toxicology and pharmacology in China.
