Blockchain and artificial intelligence technology-based health data management and utilization: a brief introduction

  • 摘要: 本文基于区块链、星际网络(IPFS)、人工智能(AI)、安全沙盒等技术集成的数据中台系统,通过整合、关联疾控中心各类平台、各类系统业务数据以及“健康辽宁”移动应用连续采集公众的基础、健康、运动和体征等信息,形成多维度和持续性健康数据。通过对健康数据的有效治理和技术应用,对公众健康进行个体化指导和干预,通过沙盒平台对外部安全共享数据,采用人工智能对疾病的预测和防控提供科学辅助依据。

     

    Abstract: We briefly introduced the application of data center network, which integrates blockchain, interplanetary file system (IPFS), artificial intelligence (AI), security sandbox and other technologies, in multiple and continuous collection, collation, management and distribution of population-based health-related information. We also discussed potential utilization of these technologies in disease prevention and control practices in Liaoning province.
