Progress in researches on vitamin D in prevention and treatment of coronavirus disease

  • 摘要: 新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID - 19)的大流行给全球带来了巨大的健康和经济负担,当前任何可以降低其感染和死亡风险的公共卫生措施均具有十分重要的现实意义。维生素D是一种脂溶性维生素,在预防呼吸道系统感染、增强免疫系统、维持心肺功能等方面均有一定作用,其缺乏可能与COVID - 19的感染率、病死率和临床症状存在一定相关性。本文从维生素D防治COVID - 19的潜在机制开始,结合当前维生素D与COVID - 19之间关系的流行病学研究结果以及相关临床证据,对维生素D与COVID - 19关系的研究进展进行了综述,旨在为COVID - 19的防治提供新的思路。
