Application of mobile health in self-management on non-communicable chronic diseases – a review

  • 摘要: 随着全球范围内慢性非传染性疾病(慢性病)的疾病负担不断增加,慢性病已成为威胁人类健康的重要公共卫生问题,慢性病管理亦面临着巨大的挑战。在过去十几年里,移动健康作为一个新兴领域不断扩大,其在慢性病患者的自我管理方面展现出蓬勃的应用前景。通过为慢性病患者提供有效的自我管理支持,移动健康在帮助患者监测和管理自身疾病症状、提高药物治疗的依从性、促进改变不良生活方式和改善患者的预后等方面均具有重要意义。本文通过系统描述移动健康在心血管疾病、癌症、慢性呼吸道疾病和糖尿病4种常见慢性病自我管理中的应用现状、当前存在的问题以及对未来发展的展望,以期为日后该领域更为深入地研究提供参考。
