Data fusion technology and its application in disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation: a review

  • 摘要: 数据融合技术是将多类同构或异构传感器的冗余或互补信息融合起来,更加精确的评估被观测对象的情况,以便对事物做出正确的判决。随着医学技术的不断进步,不同模态的医学数据迅速增多,相较于单一模态,利用数据融合技术处理多模态医学数据,可获得更加丰富全面的信息,避免信息孤岛,为开展医学研究提供强有力的信息支持。本文概述了数据融合的概念及原理,以及数据融合中不同层级和常用算法的工作原理及优缺点,并详细阐述了数据融合技术在疾病预防、诊断、治疗和康复领域中的应用,以期为充分应用医学数据,实现精准医疗和提高人民健康水平提供新的思路和信息支持。

     

    Abstract: Data fusion technology is the fusion of redundant or complementary information from multiple types of homogeneous or heterogeneous sensors to accurately assess the situation of the observed object, and make correct judgement about things. With the development of medical technology, medical data in different modes are increasing rapidly. Compared with single mode, using data fusion technology to process multi - mode medical data can obtain more abundant and comprehensive information, avoid information silos, and provide strong information support for medical research. In this thesis, we briefly introduced the concept and principle of data fusion technology, summarized the working principle, advantage and disadvantage of different levels and commonly used algorithms in data fusion technology, and finally introduced the application of data fusion technology in the field of disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation.
