江苏省莱姆病血清流行病学调查

The investigation on serum epidemiology of lyme disease in jiangsu provence

摘要: 用间接免疫荧光抗体试验(IFA)法检测健康人群血清莱姆病抗体水平.结果:共检测2614人,阳性192人、感染(7.49%).男性感染率(7.20%)、女性感染率(7.49%)二者间无显着性差异.中年组26～35岁(10.45%)、36～45岁(12.94%)与56岁以上(2.18%)感染率有显着性差异(χ²=28.81 P<0.01).

Abstract: Detection of Lyme disease serum antibody on healthy Group Method Application of Indirect Fluorimetry Antibody(IFA) test result Out of 2614 person,192 are positive the rate of infection is 7.34% Infection rate of males and females are 7.20% and 7.49% respectivly.In term of statistics that indicate no difference significantly In middle age group,aged from 26～35 and aged from 36～45,the infection rate covers 10.45% and 12.94% respectively,compared with aged over 56 yeas old covers 2.18% indicate that have difference significantly(χ²=28.81,P<0.01).
