孕妇血浆DHA水平及其相关因素调查

Survey of Pregnancy Plasma DHA and Ralated Food Factors.

  • 摘要: 采用气相色谱法分析太原市区81名健康正常孕妇血浆中脂肪酸组成,并采用自拟的孕妇情况调查表,初步筛选了与孕期血中廿二碳六烯酸(DHA)水平相关的饮食因素.结果显示:孕妇血浆中DHA平均含量为1.806g/100g,脂肪酸,n-3与n-6比值TN3/TN6为0.127,C22:6与C20:4比值DHA/AA为0.353,DHA/TN6为0.056;与孕期血中DHA水平相关的饮食因素有:平时多食动物性食物,孕期摄入鱼贝类海产品的数量,孕期补充DHA类保健品.

     

    Abstract: This study analysised plasma fatty acids composition of 81 healthy normal pregnant women and selected the food factors related to plasma DHA level with pregnant women situation investigation tables.The findings showed that plasma DHA content of pregnant women was 1.806% of total fatty acids,TN3/TN6 was 0.127,DHA/AA was 0.353,DHA/TN6 was 0.056;The factors ralated to plasma DHA level were eating more animal foods,more fish and DHA supplemention.
