口服脊髓灰质炎活疫苗糖丸的病毒滴度及其分析

Analysis on the Result of the Virus Titer of Oral Live Poliomyelitis Vaccine Drage′e in Recently 5 Years

摘要: 对1994～1998年共5年间生产的口服脊髓灰质炎活疫苗糖丸的病毒滴度的检定结果进行质量分析.结果显示:近5年生产的口服脊髓灰质炎活疫苗糖丸中,其病毒滴度稳中有升,平均滴度由6.13logTCID₅₀/人份上升到6.25logTCID₅₀/人份;同时疫苗的热稳定性试验结果也在逐步提高,其病毒滴度的平均基础滴度与37℃48h平均滴度差值的平均值由0.87logTCID₅₀/人份下降到0.63logTCID₅₀/人份.

Abstract: We summarized the control results of Oral Live Polimyelitis Vaccine Drage'e virus titer in our Institute from 1994 to 1998,and also analyzed the results.We came to the conclusion that the virus titer of OPV is raised gradually in the recent five years.The mean titer was raised from 6.13logTCID₅₀/human dose to 6.25logTCID₅₀/human dose.At the same time,the stability of OPV was raised in gradual.The differential value between basic titer and average titer of 37℃ 48h decreased from 0.87logTCID₅₀/human dose to 0.63logTCID₅₀/human dose.
