MUCAP荧光试验快速检测沙门氏菌

Rapid Identification of Salmonella Spp.Using MUCAP Fluorescence Test

  • 摘要: 对MUCAP试验快速鉴定沙门氏菌方法的准确性、实用性及影响因素进行了研究.结果显示,MUCAP试验具有高的灵敏度和特异度,其灵敏度和特异度分别为100%、84.09%;在不同的培养基上,SS琼脂的荧光强度要高于BS和麦康开琼脂;在未知标本的检测中发现MUCAP试验沙门氏菌阳性检出率为常规法的96.07%(49/51),可节约鉴定时间12~24小时,表明MUCAP试验是一种高灵敏度和特异度的沙门氏菌快速筛检方法.

     

    Abstract: Rapid identification of Salmo nella Spp.using MUCAP fluorsecence test was evaluated.The result shows sensitivity and specificity of the test was 100% and 84.09%.The intensity of fluorescence in SS agar is the highest,than in BS agar and Mac Conkey Agar.Positive rate of MUCAP test is 96.07% (49/51)of routine method.The results suggest that MUCAP test is an easy, rapid and sensitive method for the screening to salmonella spp.
