环境接触镉人群外周血淋巴细胞中金属硫蛋白基因表达的改变

Change of Metallothionein Gene Expression in Peripheral Lymphocytes of Population Environmentally Exposed to Cadmium

  • 摘要: 为探讨外周血淋巴细胞中金属硫蛋白(MT)基因表达作为镉接触的生物标志物的可行性,选择环境接触镉的人群,进行接触评定和效应评定,分离淋巴细胞进行体外培养,测定MT基因表达水平.结果表明,环境接触镉人群的基础和诱导MT基因表达水平随尿镉、血镉和镉摄入量水平上升.MT基础和诱导表达与血镉水平显着相关,同时与尿镉也显着相关.提示外周血淋巴细胞中金属硫蛋白基因表达作为镉接触的生物标志物是可行的.

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate whether metallothionein(MT)gene expression level in peripheral blood lymphocyte(PBL)can work as a biomarker of cadmium exposure,MT gene expression level in PBL of population exposed to cadmium was examined using dRT-PCR technique.It was showed that MT basal and induced expression in PBL exhibit dose-effect relationship with exposure level. The results suggested the validity of MT basal expression in PBL as a biomarker of cadmium exposure.
